If you wish to report  a repair of no heating or hot water then you should contact our Gas Contractor  – Sure on 0151 728 5760.

If you smell gas, think you have a gas leak, or are worried that fumes containing carbon monoxide are escaping from a gas appliance, please call the free Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999.

Please remember to open all doors and windows to ventilate the property.
