2024 | Claire joined the Board in 2024 and her aim is to make sure residents are front and centre of decision making at every possible opportunity. She has worked in housing for over 30 years with her latest role being Executive Director of Customer Experience at Accent where she headed up customer services, property services, asset management, customer & building safety and customer engagement. She has also delivered health / housing projects, rural regeneration and employment & training services. She is a member of the board of the Blackpool Housing Company, chairs their subsidiary Lumen Housing Association and is on the board of ForHousing. She has also recently stepped down from the board of Leeds Federated HA. |

Prior to joining Broadacres David spent 17 years in practice advising a variety of local government, housing and central government clients on technical accounting, implementing new financial management policies and regimes, training agendas, modernisation and performance improvement. |
